The simple way would be to use a program like garageband (or even windows built in sound recorder) and either your laptops built in microphone or an external one. Obviously the better the quality of the program/ microphone, the better the quality the recordings will be!

There are several ways you can keep songs to play later. There is limewire and imesh. On Imesh you can actually download songs and burn cds. You can also add songs to a MP3 player to listen to later as well.

Try the old fashiond tape recorder! You can even try using a digital camera with video capability to capture the sound. Some files can also be converted to MP3 format.

There are at least a few free programs that you can use on your computer that will record anything that you are hearing. A couple of them are - freecorder and mp3mymp3.

Yes, but it infringes copyright. Use an old ghetto blaster with double cassette decks - tape the radio show, then dub the desired tracks onto another cassette.

If you search "youtube to mp3" on google, you should come up with a site that will convert youtube video's to ipod/mp3 format. You need a computer to do the downloading.
