Go to your family doctor and have them do a hearing test. It could be an infection. They would be able to help you get relief for it.

If you are having hearing problems, then you should go to a doctor that specializes in hearing. They can test your hearing and let you know if there are problems.

You should probably go to a doctor or an audiologist for a hearing exam. An ear infection could be causing this. If you are feeling pain you could take a pain reliever, like tylenol, or use heat on the outside of your ear. Fluttering in your ear is not something that should be medicated at home.
