I found airtight container full of morels that's two years old. Are they still good?

Most likely not. Bio degradation will probably have caused them to have lost some flavor and probably started growth of unsafe bacteria. Definitely not worth the risk.

Probably not. I do not suggest eating any kind of fungus you are not sure of two years after known harvesting. Except for shitakes, when dried of course. dried shitakes have the shelf life of 2 to 3 years when stored properly.
