Only you can determine how serious your addiction is, but I would highly suggest that you look into a treatment center or group support to find your way through stopping.

You need to make the decision to quit, and you need to seek help. Consult a local church and speak to the pastor.

You may want to consider a rehab, or support group such as NA. There are local listings by city and state online.

There are many clinics that have the main focus of getting people off Oxycotin. You can ask your family doctor about them. However, they are very expensive. Your only other option is to check yourself into rehab. They help you overcome perscription drug addiction also.

Oxycontin is extremely addictive, and it will be very difficult unfortunately to quit without any help, and cold turkey. I would recommend going to a treatment centre, and getting help with this addiction. It will be honestly very difficult to quit, but it sounds like you are in the right direction admitting you need help.
