How you distinguish between different summer camps?

I'm not sure what to look for.

Look at the different activities that are available. The camp should be in reasonable vicinity to a hospital. Transportation access to the camp should be hassle-free. Investigate the safety record and police report activity of any camp you are interested in.

First and foremost check into a camps safety record. If the camp refuses to give you this information ,just look elsewhere.

When looking for summer camps, the key things I look for are: the hours and days -- does it work with my schedule? the type of camp -- is it something my child will care about? the cost -- can I afford it?
