To create your own unique menus think of what foods you actually like and will be more likely to consume. Try and prepare them in a healthy way. Make sure you limits fats, fried foods and heavy creams. Concentrate on fresh fruits, vegetables, salads and proteins. Limit portion sizes and drink lots of water and take a multivitamin daily,

You start with your daily calorie intake and go from there. Divide the calories between the three meals and any snacks you may want to eat during the day. Then you choose menu options.

What you can do is make a list of foods that you eat from the four food groups. Be sure that you include foods that contain about 40 grams of carbs and 20 grams of protein. For each day, pick out different combinations of foods to eat as daily meals.
