This is called angular cheilitis. Take vitamin B complex and iron supplement. Keep the corners of your mouth dry and do not touch cut with your hands. Avoid foods which could irritate cut. Wash mouth after eating. Apply petroleum jelly at bedtime.

Clean with warm water and soap often. Be cautious when eating not to open your mouth too wide. Consider supplementing B-Complex as the cut may be due to deficiency.

First make sure you clean the cut with water and an antiseptic. Keep the area clean from any food. Do not touch it as well.

The best way to cure a mouth infection is to use something that has antiseptic in it. One remedy is Corsodyl. The cheaper option is to use salt water and swill that out. Do it a few times and if it hasnt cleared up then go to your doctor.

Keep the cut clean and dry. Wash originally with hydrogen peroxide. Use a little dab of neosporin. It should heal quickly.

I recommend gargling with colloidal silver. It is a natural virus and bacteria fighter. Or dab some oregano oil on a Q-tip and rub it into the cut.
