You will need to bebuild the wheel: tape the new rim to the old wheel and move the spokes, one by one, to corresponding holes in the new rim. When this is done, true the wheel -- make sure the rim is straight and centered and spoke tension is even.

Buy a whole new wheel, strip off any usable parts from the old wheel, such as tire, tube, and cassette if you're replacing a back wheel. Install the new wheel with the parts you took off the old one on your bike. Replacing just a rim is as expensive, and lower quality.

You will need to get a new rim and some every day tools. If you look at your bike you will see what you will need. Take the old rim off and place it to the side. Put the new rim on just like the old one was.
