It is determined by each Canadian Province. Majority is 18 in AB, MB, ON, QC, PE and SK. it's 19 in bc, nb, lab, nl, ns, nt, nu, and yt.

You have to be 18 years old to marry in Canada, unless you're marrying in British Columbia. In British Columbia you have to be 19. All provinces allow those 16 to 18 to marry with parental consent.

In Canada their are different ages you can marry depending on your location. In most places the age for marriage is 18 while in British Columbia it is 19.
