At four months old your baby should be eating or feeding five to six times a day. At this time they should not be waking at night as much and if they do you should start to ween them from eating.

Baby's will regulate their nutritional requirements by eating when they need to. However baby's also nurse for comfort. When feeding baby try to find a quiet warm place where baby is comfortable and not easily distracted. Make sure you are relaxed and not feeling rushed. Encourage them to feed for at least 30 minutes on each side.

Usually every 2-3 hours, maybe going longer at night. If you nurse on demand, the frequency can increase periodically, such as during a growth spurt.

I used to nurse my baby every half an hour as he was hungry all the time. But i think nursing a child every half an hor is good as it is only liquid that they intake and every time they urinate the liquid is out so they get hungry.

It depends on the baby, but you should offer to nurse him about every three hours, and he should eat every four.

Generally, they will eat every few hours. Breastfed babies often don't eat on a fixed schedule. As long as your baby is growing properly, he or she is getting the right amount of nourishment.
