You can expect to pay any where from $180.00 at a pull it out your self junk yard to a few thousand at a retailer. Depending on the engine size. If you take it to a repair shop your looking at around 4500 plus labor. It would be cheaper to buy a new used car.

Changing the transmission on any vehicle can be pretty costly. Most of the money spent will be on labor charges. Price around for the best deal.

Since that's an "older" model of car i would say at most 1,000 dollars, if you get a GOOD deal you can expect to pay half that.

$180 from a junk yard if you did it yourself. But if you're talking about getting it done at repair shop then I'll say $1000 dollars or maybe more.

You will probably pay about $1,500.00 to replace the transmission in it. You should just get different estimates from people and take it to the lowest person. Make sure they are reputable though BBB.

well first u have to find the transmission . u can get one cheap at the junk yard or salvage yard. they are still in pretty good shape there . that will cost u around 400 or so. then your looking at about 400 - 500 in labor at any garage. depending on where u go of course

If you buy the transmission through the place repairing it, it can cost you up to $4000.00. My advise is to go to a junkyard for the transmission.
