How much exercise do I really need?

Any type of exercise is good on a daily basis. This can be as simple as walking or jogging if you don't have time to go to the gym. It is recommended to increase your heart rate daily for an average of 20-30 minutes.

It depends on what you want out of life. Exercise gives you more stamina, makes you feel good, more attractive to the opposite (or same) sex, and prevents health issues later in life. If that sounds good to you, you might want to work out a few times a week.

Depends on waht your goal is. Even if your not overweight you still should do cardio for the health benifits and weight train for strength/bone density. 3-5days/week a hour eachtime
