Removal costs are dependent on location. To remove from a tree or in objects that can be taken: $50.00-$125.00. On homes where one has to remove walls ,cost rises accordingly.

I can't say where you live but the only person I could find just told me &125.00 for an estimate and up to $1500-2000 minimum. It is in a bedroom wall and that seems extreme.  add a comment

I am a bee nest removal specialist, and I charge similar rates, ($1200 to $2000) for in structure jobs. However, as a professional builder, I do all of the repair work and give a lifetime guarantee against reinfestation, and I'll travel. Steve "The Bee Man" 805-466-4649  add a comment

Before resorting to paying someone to do this, you may be able to find someone who will remove it for nothing in exchange for the bees and hive. Bee removal will cost around $200 or more, depending on where the hive is and the size.

Most places charge at least $200 to remove a nest, or more ($700 plus). The price can very depending on hoe many bees there are, and where the bees are located.

As with Brenda above I do not know what part of the country you folks are in but charging these amounts say 500 to 700 dollars when you do not do anything but open up and take the bees and no repairs (thats just dishonest) lot work to charge that..  add a comment

This is usually dependent upon where the bees are located and how large the colonie is. Bee removal from a tree that is being cut down anyway is very inexpensive, whereas bee removal from an inaccessible area of a home (between an interior wall and brick) could be costly.

The quick answer, between 100 and 250 dollars, depending on: -Size of hive/swarm -Difficulty of access: ladders, etc. -Distance to swarm -Type of bee: honey, bumble, etc. Most beekeepers, if they are able to keep the swarm, will not charge nearly as much to remove the swarm.

Thank you finally an honest bee guy!! 100 to 250 is reasonable if there is not some difficult aspect like brick wall etc. Plus a discount if we get to keep the hive & honey. Hurray for this person. The rest are taking advantage & getting alot of bees killed.  add a comment

Most bee keepers will not keep the bees because of parasites and what will prevent re infestation? You get what you pay for dont mislead nobodys ripping no one off. The price above is reasonable then they come back and they need a removal again and with a warranty.  add a comment

Like any other trade their are beekeepers who dont know what thery're doing. You don't have to have a license to do live bee removal but they should at least have insurance. Could you imagine if they were removing a nest and someone got stung nearby and died! Not good.  add a comment

It depends on how big the hive is, what kind of bees they are, where the hive is (in a tree? in your walls? ), and what kind of professional does it. Exterminators can charge hundreds, but a beekeeper might do it for free since he'll keep the bees.

Considering that it takes a lot of work and expertise to remove bees from a wall correctly, you should figure it costs at least as much as any other pro service...typically 70 to 100 dollars an hour...

Well bee removal usually costs about 150 to 200 dollars depending on how much work they have to do to capture the bees. But you know what you can use a home remedy such as placing cherry stones. The more stones you place, the more your chances of eliminating the bees.

It is usually somewhere around $200 dollars depending on the factors. If the nest is small and in a tree or somewhere easy to get to it will be cheap. If it is a large nest or somewhere hard to reach like it can get expensive.

Bee removal can run $150. 00 or more, it all depends on the size of the hive. If the hives are in a tree that it will cost more, because of tree climbing.
