Unfortunately, not much. The only real valuable Cal Ripken cards are from his 1982 rookie year. The 1982 Fleer, Topps, and Donruss are going for around $20-30 currently.

It depends 100% on the card and the condition it is in. If the card is very common and is not autographed then it is likely to be a lower end card. If you have a very rare card in excellent condition, it's basically worth what someone will pay, could bring hundreds.
