A giga bite contains 1024 mega bites, so 10 giga bites will contain 10240 mega bites, values are the same for mega bites and kilo bites, a mega bite contains 1024 k bites, same as a terra bite contains 1024 giga bites, in fact the gradings are like this 1024 kb=1 mb 1024 mb=1 gb 1024 gb=1 tb

For virtual storage or processor there are 1024 Megabytes in one Gigabyte. For disk storate, there are 1000 Megabyte in a Gigabyte. The Mega prefix means 1. 000,000 and the Giga perfix means 1,000,000,000. This means a gigbyte is 100 times more than a Mega byte.

Both MB (Mega Byte) and GB (Giga byte) are binary storage space available, in respective drives. It can be a usb pen drive or the had disk. there are officialy 1000 megabytes in 1 (one) gigabyte. So if a storage value is 2 GB then it means that the drive or the divice has 2000 megabytes.

There are 1000 megabytes (MB) per gigabyte (GB). In some cases, 1 GB is equal to 1024 MB, although this is technically called a gigabinary byte, or GiB.
