If you can consistently avoid sugar and sugar-filled products for 10 days, you will be past the worst of sugar addiction. If you slip, and consume sugar, don't give up! Getting back to cleaner eating will be easier after a small slip up. You will feel so much better if you consistently avoid sugar!

The average time would be 3 to 7 days. Since the first several days are the hardest, it's advised to start this process over a weekend, or days where headaches or irritability won't interfere. One way to control the upset to ones system, is to turn to a more natural ingest of 'sweet'in the interm.

It really depends on how much sugar your body is used to consuming. It could take days, but could also take weeks (I would recommend drinking a lot of water).

It should only take a few days to break sugar withdrawls, if you're changing from a high sugar intake to a lower, but still present, intake.

Depending on dependent you and your system is on sugar. Generally speaking, it should last anywhere between 1 to 4 days.
