If it is on the lower side of the ear it takes about 2-3 weeks. If it is on the upper side it takes few months.

It is also recommended to keep some sort of jewelry in the piercing for the first year to prevent the piercing from closing up.

It will take your ears approximately two weeks to heal, given that you follow the care instructions from the place where your ears were pierced. Put peroxide a few times a day and twist earrings so that they do not get stuck in your ears.

As long as you clean it twice a day with saline solution, it will take 6-10 weeks to completely heal.

You need to leave your new studs in for about 6 weeks. During that time, make sure to use cotton and put alcohol on the holes at least once a day.

You should expect your ear piercing to heal in 4 to 6 weeks. But you have to remember this is just for the ears, other body parts that are pierced heal differently and might take longer. Keeping it clean, rotating it often, and not touching it with dirty fingers should speed the healing process.
