How does love manifest itself?

If it's love, you'll know. When they're happy, you're happy. When they're sad, you're sad. You think about them all the time. You guys are best friends. You want to have kids, start a family, and grow old together. You know you can always count on them and they can count on you. True love should lead to commitment.

In my opinion, it all comes down to the last person you think about before you go to sleep at night and the first person you think about when you wake up. The person is constantly in your mind and thoughts, everything that you see and hear reminds you of them.

It is love when you think of the other person first in everything you do. It is love when the other person matters to you, what he or she says or do. It is love when your heart quicken by the sight of your loved one. It is love when you can be who you are with this person.
