The I-129F form is filed with the USCIS by a United States citizen to bring his or her alien fiance or fiancee into the United States. This makes the citizen a sponsor. If the citizen is unemployed, he or she needs to retain a co-sponsor for purposes of material support.

I-129F the petition for an alien fiancee, is not an eligible work document. It is a step in the right direction. You have to file in the country of your wedding to get a K-3 visa.

For employment you need the Form I-129F. Before accepting any new job you must have this I-129F which will be given by the present employer. Without this it is not possible to join new jobs. Otherwise you will be without job.
