An MLM term! Just another technique that some lottery companies use where the person who referred the lottery winner also gets an incentive. PS: MLM = Multi Level marketing. This is illegal in some places.

I've heard of a magic Lottery Tree in Thailand. It possesses mystical powers and was recovered from some swamp in Thailand and is presently kept in a temple courtyard. It is supposed to have special powers and people apparently win money after some special ceremonies at the tree!

Lottery Tree or Lottree is supposedly a motivational business tactic where people get incentives or points for participating in activities and also encouraging or recruiting others to participate. This helps to get more people in a particular activity.
