Get a good facial cleanser and follow up with an astringent for a deep clean. Also, make sure to fully remove makeup each night and avoid touching your face during the day. Also, make sure to clean makeup brushes fully or use a new sponge if you apply with sponges.

Blocked pores are caused by dirt, sebum, and dead skin cells that aren't removed. So, wash your face regularly, change your pillowcase weekly (or daily, if you think you need to), use a facial scrub weekly, and use a mask to draw out impurities.

Try using a deep cleanser or exfoliant. You can also try scrubbing tools like the Clarisonic for deeper cleaning. Also, always make sure to remove your makeup.

Salicylic acid is great for helping shed the buildup. It "declogs" your pores. It's commonly found in tones, astringents and anti-acne moisturizers. Any product containing glycolic acid will helpful as well, it exfoliates the dead skin cells that combine with dirt and oil to clog your pores.

Steam your face. Pour hot steaming water into sink or large bowl. Sit with your head about 15" or more above the bowl (so not to burn yourself)for 15 minutes.

Pick a cleaner and toner for oily skin will be the first thing you'll want to do. Next thing you'll want to have a good moisturizer as well. Make sure you are washing your face at least twice a day and this should help withing opening up more of your pores.
