Dobermans are like most other dogs, except that they tend to bite, growl, jump a lot. When they jump, you must make them understand that it is not allowed. A very firm "no" may work, but sometimes a repeated push from your fingertips to their chest when they jump will help.

You need to start right away. Training you Dobie puppy early will keep the aggression away. Teach with positive reinforcement.
