For infants who are constipated, you can give some stage 1 prune puree to help your baby. Another option is to mix a little brown sugar with regular distilled water.

There are several foods and juices that will help constipation. Try a teaspoon of prune juice in the baby's bottle. Another trick, take a rectal temprature.

When my baby would get constipated I would give him some either apple juice or grape undiluted. This would clear up the constipation every time.

When my son became constipated I gave him a little bit of mint tea. He was about five months old. It should be sold at your local grocery store.
