Thread one end of the included coaxial cable onto the television and the other onto the RF modulator, then plug the RCA cables into both the RF modulator and the device you wish to display on the television. Plug the RF modulator into an electrical outlet. Tune the television to the channel selected on the RF modulator.

Well a RF Modulator is very simple. Simply install the necessary cables into the correct inputs which are color coordinated. Then simply turn on your DVD player.

You plug the composite cables from the dvd player into the back of the rf modulator. Them you hook of a coax cable from the rf modulator to your tv.
