How do you select girls' boots?

Something that is below the knee (going up to or above the knee can be risky). Nothing with a tall heel (maybe under 3 inches, but a flat would be better). These are the types of boots that I wear.

It is a fine line between looking slutty and classy. You want boots that don't hug your leg in the cheap looking leather.

Look for a pair of boots that have a short heel or are flat. A good pair of boots are Uggs, or Bearpaw button boots, they can be worn with jeans and a T-shirt so you wont have to worry about them looking promiscuous. Any type of slip on boot without heels will look in style and fun.
