How do you say "beautiful" in Italian?

There's this Italian woman I think is pretty.

The stem for beautiful is bell-. The four forms for the adjective is bello (masc, sing), belli (masc, pl), bella (fem, sing), and belle (fem, pl)

The very literal translation which used very very frequently in everyday Italian language is "bello" (bellA for female). You can also use "carino" (carinA is the female) though it is closer to "pretty"/"nice". Otherwise you can use more selected forms such as:"delizioso" ("delicious" also in the aesthetical sense, "grazioso" (greaceful),"gradevole"(pleasant).
