How do you promote workshop safety?

Talk to your supervisor. It is their job to keep people safe. They may want to hold safety training, which can benefit everyone.

Unfortunately it sometimes takes an accident at the workplace to open employees' eyes to what could happen if they don't do their job safely. Their are videos that can be watched that show workplace accidents and how they could've been prevented. Try that first.
