Put extra air in the bag. Place the bread bag in a paper bag and fold down the top. Set it in a window that gets a lot of sun.

Well mold will generally start to grow by itself after a while. It help to leave the bag in a warm spot. The warmth will help to promote mold growth.

It's pretty simple - just drop a few drops of water on it and let it sit. You can let it sit in the fridge or in a dark spot.

There really is not any special trick to make mold grow on bread, or pretty much any other food for that matter. All you need is a few days worth of time. Set the bread out, leave it exposed to the air for faster results, and viola, moldy bread.
