I drink a lot of water. Eat only one serving and don't go back for more, and I also try to fill my plate up with more vegetables and fruits than meats and salts. During commercial breaks I do crunches, and when I have free spare time I get on my treadmill, grab my i-pod and walk!

You need to use both a healthy diet and exercise in order to lose weight in a healthy manner. Don't try crash diets they are bad for you.

Try to cut out about 500 calaries from your diet. Next you have to exercise. Make sure you get 30-45 minutes of exercise each day that increase your heart rate.

You lose weight by exercising and burning a lot of calories, and eating healthy. These are the two combinations you need in order to lose HEALTHY weight, not simply by refusing to eat. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle while trying to lose weight, is just as important as to how much weight you lose.
