How do you lose weight in 10 days?

The best way to loose weight fast and permanently is to completely avoid sugar. Avoid any white flour (pasta, rice, bread, bagels, cakes etc.), any processed sugar or sugar substitutes, fruit (fructose), dairy (lactose), fruit juice, soda etc. Drink water, eat fresh vegetables/ salad, brown rice and white meat.

Losing that much weight that quickly is a dangerous undertaking. There are ways of doing it, such as diuretics, fasting, sauna, and body wraps, but be very very cautious.

Try drinking nothing but water with cayenne pepper and a little bit of lemon juice. For a boost, you can purchase cleansers (usually for your colon).
