First off you need to run the defrag from Control Panel. If it does not help the next step is to buy new memory, open up the PC and check the socket type of your RAM than you can look up for the model on-line. Buy it, install and it should be working fine after that.

Well all you have to do is open up your computer and add or replace the memory sticks. Just be sure to purchase the same style of ram just in a large capacity. The sticks simply come out once you release the tabs holding them in.

Call the vendor of the computer to get the kind of memory your pc takes. Then buy the memory. Turn your pc off, take off the case. You will see memory in there that looks similar to the kind you bought. take out the old, put in the new. Then close the case and turn it on.

Determine how many bars of RAM are in the PC now and which size they are. Check the motherboards manual or the manufacturers website for supported memory type. Buy the appropriate kind size and number of new bigger RAM bars. Put them in carefully and unplug the PC first! 32bit Operating systems cannot use more than four Gigabytes of RAM.

firstly check for any viruses and have a good antivirus. viruses can consume vast memory. secondly delete all unwanted files and uninstall all unwanted programs from the hardrive. run disk cleanup which is in the ascessories/system tools once in every week and better try to hinder unknown applications to be installed automatically.

If by memory you mean hard drive space, you can buy an internal or external hard drive and install it. External usually just plugs in with USB. Internal involves opening the computer case and installing it. If by memory you mean RAM, you find out what type you have, buy better RAM and replace it on the motherboard.
