In order to get rid of toilet stains you can try a product such as bleach or a product made specifically to clean toilets.

Pumis stone is the only thing I have ever used that has worked for water stains in the toilet. Do know that it requires you to scrub the toilet with gloved hands. Not very many people like the thought of that, but it does work. It works but may take a little time to finish it.

The minerals in hard water can be difficult to remove. Industrial cleaners use hydrocloric acid as the active ingredient to dissolve the mineral build-up, but also eat the poceline bowl. A product like C L R is good, but may require several applications to remove the stains completely.

Using a cloth toilet brush (not the bristly kind), empty the water by shoving the brush as far as you can and then removing it. Continue until the bowl is almost empty. When it is empty, try Soft Scrub on a dry cloth. If Soft Scrub doesn't work, use a pumice stone to get it out.

I spray Scrubbing Bubbles and let it stand until the next person uses the toilet, or I use the toilet brush and flush.
