How do you get rid of knee fat?

I want some exercises that work on that specific area.

Genetics really determine where our bodies prefer to store and lose fat. Attempting to lose fat in one specific area is generally futile. However, exercises such as lunges, squats and walking can tone and shape the underlying muscle while proper diet reduces overall body fat. The result is a trimmer appearance and the illusion of spot loss.

Unfortunately, removing fat from a specific body area by exercise is not possible. When you lose weight, it generally comes off all body parts, but not necessarily uniformly. Knee fat can be removed with liposuction, but otherwise, exercise and careful eating are the sure way to reduce your knee fat. Thigh exercises can improve the appearance of your knee fat.

1 Consume foods that are high in nutrients and low in empty calorie 2 Perform cardiovascular exercise to burn calories 3 Hold a pair of dumbbells at your sides to do squats 4 Lunge back and forth. Stand with your feet together and dumbbells held at your sides

First of all fat is universal.Although it is true that you can not spot reduce wait in a specific area of the body.To reduce fat from the knee you should do single joint exercises like extension of the knee will help u to decrease of fat.
