How do you get rid of gold head wasps?

Any nests you find, knock them down. You can spray wasp spray around your house and it works to detere them fairly well.

If you go to any local mart in the gardening section you will find bee killer, any foam type will work. You will have to wait till night time becaue that is when the bees are least active. At that time generously spray the foam over the entire nest and surrounding areas, after 24 hours remove the nest.

You can follow a few simple steps to deter the wasps to get rid of them. Keep grass cut short, keep garbage can lids on, keep drinks covered when outside, avoid perfume/cologne when outside. If you already have them, knock down the nests immediatley.

The best method would be to use Wasp and Hornet poison spray. If the nest is elevated, look for a poison listed as "projectile spray", as it will shoot a jet of 15-20 feet to allow you to reach high nests. Underground nests can use standard sprays. You may have to spray multiple times to remove the pests.
