Use a protractor. The half-circle clear plastic ruler comes in geometry kits. Place the bottom line of the angle on the bottom bar, and read upper line of the angle.

To measure an angle you can use a tool called a protractor. This tool will tell you the degree (or measurement) of the angle. You allign this tool up with the angle. The tool has angles listed on it where you can match up where the angle falls on the protractor.

You need to use a protractor in order to take the measure of an angle in degrees. It is shaped like a half circle with a hole in between.
