"respect of law and order" means that an individual understands and abides by the laws set out by their local, state and federal mandates. This person will not in anyway shape or form, disobey any of these mandates or will face severe punishments, up to and including, imprisonment.

This requires behaving in a manner that accepts the supremacy of the laws in force and the need for orderly human relations. One may not agree with the laws, one may not see that order is the priority, but nevertheless, one submits.

As far as I am concerned, respect of law and order means that every citizen should behave, talk within the law. You should not violate the law and order intentionally. When you do something, you should bear in mind that what you conduct is leagal and will not harm other people.
