The only way to be trusted by a paranoid is to base everything on real facts and things he can't deny. Then it's all about helping him wondering about himself and interrogating about why everything should always be about him, considering the no-sense into that kind of thoughts.

Some people develop unreasonable fears of paranoia and anger. It can be very difficult to help with these fears with out a great understanding of psycholgy. Seek professional help.

Your husband needs to see that the world is not after him. You need to reassure him. Tell him his anger is bothering you and he needs to relax.

Firstly, try to talk with him about what is bothering him. Make sure you express your feelings about the way he is acting. Next, try attending counseling or therapy together.
