How do you change line spacing in Microsoft Works?

Go to your tools bars and look for something that looks like a musical note. This is the symbol for paragraph.Click on it and you will be asked to choose single spacing, double spacing and so on.

Press CTRL & 1 key same time. your double space will reduced at single space.If you ever have to do double space just press CTRL and 2 and so on

At the top of your screen there is a menu bar. Along this menu bar is a series of options, one if for line spacing of your written document.

Inorder have the line spacing as single space, two ways are used. One is select entire text and press the keyboard keys ctrl+1.otherwise select indent option and set as default.
