The law regarding trusts varies from one state to the next. Go to the administrator of the trust where it was established and ask how to change it.

To change a trust, a beneficiary has to get the signature of the trustee. Typically a trust cannot be changed in a manner that violates the trust's original intent.

Take your trust to the lawyer or person that did the trust and advise them you want the trust changed. It would be helpful if you make a photo copy and put all the revisions on the copy and read this over with that person. He will have a revision redone and sent to you.

If you are the trust settlor, and if the trust hasn't vested yet, you may have powers pursuant to the trust document to unilaterally make certain changes. More likely, you or a beneficiary will have to go before a court and seek judicial modification of the terms of the trust.

Depends on the type of trust. Some are changed by adding a codicil, others are best rewritten in totality. If the original grantee is unavailable it may not be able to be changed.
