Before you dial the persons number you are calling, you dial *67 then the number and it will show up uknown caller on their caller ID. This will work for cell phone Id's as well as landline Id's.

If you want to block your number permanently, all you have to do is call your cell phone provider and ask them to block. You can also use this number 611 to reach your specific cell phone provider. If you want to block it call to call you can dial *82 before dialing a number.
