First, since you will be making taxable sales, you need to contact the Department of Revenue to obtain a Tax ID number for sales tax and open a physical location of the business for sales with Revenue. Then you will have to contact the city where you will be selling and they will give the the final steps to take.

The first step is to go down to your local county courthouse and register your business' name with them. Once this is done you can apply for a taxpayer ID

you have to go find the office dedicated to doing all business license specialties once you have this office please let them know you wouldj like to file for a new license
