How do you adjust the carburetor on an outboard motor?

You have to remove the engine cowling then unlock the screws. There will be 4 screws, you have to tighten them until you reach maximum RPM.

Remove the engine cowling and locate the four screws on the left side of the carburetor. The three same size screws don't do anything and can be ignored. Turn the small screw until max RPM's are attained.
