Tubeless tires are more like the tires on your car, were the standard bike tires have a air tube inside. Tubeless has a few advantages over standard, like not having a tube that can go flat and be difficult to remove and replace.

Well to tell you the truth there isn't that much of a difference. The difference lies in that the tubeless tires don't have tubes in them whereas standard tires do. You can sort of think of the tubeless tires like the ones in your car. They are good for resisting traction.

Tubeless mountain bike tires are good for mountain racing. Because there is a chance, the sharp rocks can destroy the tube tires(non tubeless tires). So we have to keep an instead tube and pump in our custody. When we using tubeless tires, there are no need for instead tube and tire.
