To start, they sand down the dent, either to the metal or just make it rough, depending on their plastic. Next, they apply plastic that they have mixed with a hardener. They sand down the plastic they have applied, making sure its flat. Then prime, paint and clear.

Locate the center of the dent, and drill a hole in the dent. Thread the dent pulling tool into the hole. Hammer the front of the dent using the metalworking hammer. Fill the area with body filler. Use a spray primer to prime the area. Sand the primer.

Most of them have a dent puller. It will be a paintless dent removal. If the dent is too deep they will drill a hole and they have a tool that will go inside the hole and pull the dent out that way. They bondo the hole up and paint it so it looks like new.

dents can be fixed many different ways. sometimes you can pull the dent out with a puller. other times you can fill the dent in with filler putty. then you have to sand and prime.

Well they are either popped out, filled in if not too deep, or the area is cut out and a new panel is put in. It all depends on how bad the damage is and where it is located.
