How do they decide which pop music is the top 10?

Sales of songs and albums on iTunes as well as sales of actual CDs determine what is considered the top 10. Many radio stations have call-ins, and then the songs that are chosen most to be played by the callers are most likely going to be in the Top 10 or already in the Top 10.

The popularity of the top 10 pop songs or music is decided based on the radio airplay audience that they attract.
