How do I use a Visor with Vista?

There is an update available through Palm that will make your Visor compatible with Vista. Search for the Palm website. Once arrive on the Palm website, you can search for the model number of your Visor. Click on that. There will be a link available to download a Vista friendly update. There is also a forum available for other questions.

I hope that you are talking about the palm Visor. Go to the palm website and download the new palm Dektop Manager and try again to connect.

You have to go into the My Computer options and under Control Panel there is a way to "Run Program As Earlier Version of Windows" You can run any previous windows program that way.

If you have installed the Hotsync Manager and it still doesn't works, it means that you only can use the bluetooth interface.
