This could very well be a blocked pipe somewhere. Just shut off all your water and turn the pipes on one at a time for each area and sink and toilet. If you have low water pressure throughout your home, call your township.

Low well water pressure is very common, but not for people who do not have well water. They use the municipal water, coming from central lines. Your situation requires you call the water pump people, cheapskate!

Call plumber and electrician. Check and clean foot valve and pipe line & replace the same if required. Check pump and motor.

If your problem is with one faucet see if it is clogged or corroded or you may not have adequate piping size coming into your home from the well.
