The front wheel bearing is not easy to get to. You'd need to remove the front hub and pull out the old bearing, take it to a mechanic.

I would by a repair manual to see a detailed guide on how to do this. It requires suspension disassembly and sometimes special tools. I couldn't describe it all here.

Don't fall for this repair trap well known by Ford. First it's wheel bearings. then its throw out bearing, main bearings and on and on. Your car has contracted a bearing virus from which there is no repair. You must shoot your car.

Bearings on the car are sealed, so it is very easy. Remove brakes, remove axle nut, push axle through hub, and remove hub bearing. Reinstall in the reverse order. Toque tire to proper toque specification.

his is not a job you should attempt at home as special pullers are required. Take it to a reputable shop or the dealer.

If I were you I would probably go to the dealership and take it in and have them look at it.
