How do I repair a suspension for a Toyota Corolla?

Depending on the suspension product needing repair must sytems bottom from the top or bottom and/or need spring compression. Once these are done the piece can then be replaced.

Front and rear vary, the front are located under the hood held in place by 3 bolts on each side, the rear is in the trunk and requires the removal of the rear seat.

Even if you had provided me with more information about your car I think I would still have a problem trying to answer this. The suspension of today's cars can be very complex. Meaning there are a lot of things that can go bad. All I can really tell you is to go and have a mechanic look at it.

Remove the spindle from the strut assembly, Open the hood and remove the 3 bolts that are holding hte strut assembly to the vehicle.

locate the bad suspension jack the car up place on jack stand remove the tire unbolt the suspension from the body and from swing arm and reverse

There are many parts to a suspension. There is the rack and pinion, struts, inner tie rod, outer tie rod, ball joints and such. One have to diagnose and isolate the problem, then replace the faulty part.
