How do I remove the front headrests in a Saturn Relay?

There should be a lever so that you are able to pull the headrest up to it's highest postion, after that, insert a screwdriver, or a blunt object, so that it enters into the headrest bushing, after completing the previous steps, then you should be able to push on the tab and then remove the headrest.

You can remove the headrest by pulling all the way up on the head rest and then there will be a button to push to pull it out.

most headrests with the silver rods under them have push button clips on the top of the seat by the silver adjustment rod push it in and pull headrest out
